iPhone/iPad
- Click Share (box with arrow pointing out) on the Safari toolbar on this page
- Click Add to Home Screen
- Enter a name for the shortcut and click Add
Android
- Bookmark this page in your browser settings (location could vary based on browser or Android version)
- Open your bookmarks and long click on this page
- Select Add to Home Screen
